At Graceful Dreams Home Décor, every order is handcrafted and tailored to your unique specifications. Our custom pieces are designed with care, ensuring each item beautifully reflects your personal style and complements your home décor.
To begin production, full payment is required at the time of purchase. Once an order has entered production, no changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made. Please review all design details, measurements, and fabric selections carefully before confirming your order.
Due to the custom nature of our work, slight variations in color, pattern placement, or floral arrangement may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and contribute to the character and individuality of each piece.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and inspect all items prior to shipment to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Terms of Purchase
By placing an order with Graceful Dreams Home Décor, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Custom & Handmade Nature – All items are made to order and may include subtle variations that make each piece one of a kind.

Payment – Full payment is required before any work begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Processing Time – Standard processing is 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated. Large or complex orders may require additional time.

Shipping – Once shipped, delivery times and tracking updates are managed by USPS. We cannot guarantee arrival dates.

Returns & Refunds – All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

Customer Responsibility – Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, delivery information, and order details at the time of purchase.
