Graceful Dreams Home Decor

By booking, purchasing, or engaging services with Graceful Dreams Home Decor (“Designer,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Services Disclaimer

Graceful Dreams Home Decor provides design, styling, and advisory services only. We do not act as contractors, installers, architects, engineers, or project managers unless explicitly stated in writing.

All services are subject to availability and acceptance at the Designer’s discretion.

2. Payments & Fees

All prices listed are designer fees only unless otherwise noted

Furniture, décor, custom drapery fabrication, materials, hardware, shipping, taxes, and third-party services are not included

Payment terms vary by service and are outlined below

All payments are non-refundable once services begin

3. Custom Drapery Services

All custom drapery is made to order and non-refundable once fabrication begins

Drapery is sold as pairs (two panels per order)

Pricing is based on fabric selection, size, style, and quantity

Lead times vary and are provided prior to fabrication

The Designer personally curates all drapery selections — no middleman

Installation, mounting, and hardware installation are not included unless quoted separately

Graceful Dreams Home Decor is not responsible for third-party installers or contractor work

Client is responsible for approving measurements prior to fabrication when applicable

4. Interior Styling & Custom Décor Packages

Styling services are design and placement only

Contractor coordination, labor, assembly, mounting, or installation requiring tools are not included

The Designer does not oversee or manage third-party contractors

Décor, furnishings, and materials are purchased separately

If purchasing is handled by the Designer, an additional fee applies as outlined in the service agreement

5. Virtual Design (E-Design) Services

E-Design is a design-only virtual service

Includes one (1) revision per room unless otherwise stated

Services conclude once designs are submitted and approved

No purchasing, installation, or on-site services are included

Full payment is required upfront prior to beginning services

6. Accessory-Only & Design Guidance Services

These services are advisory only

No design boards, renderings, purchasing, or installation are included unless stated

Services conclude at the end of the consultation or upon delivery of agreed materials

7. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each service includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in the package

Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional fees

Requests outside the original scope are not guaranteed

8. Scheduling, Delays & Timelines

Turnaround times are estimates and depend on client responsiveness, purchasing timelines, and shipping

Delays caused by third-party vendors, manufacturers, or shipping carriers are not the responsibility of the Designer

9. Cancellations & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable

Deposits secure time, planning, and creative services

No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, layouts, concepts, and documents remain the intellectual property of Graceful Dreams Home Decor

Designs may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent

11. Limitation of Liability

Graceful Dreams Home Decor is not responsible for:

Contractor errors or workmanship

Product defects or manufacturer delays

Client installation errors

Measurements provided incorrectly by the client

Changes made by the client or third parties after design delivery

12. Photography & Marketing

The Designer reserves the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an inquiry, booking a service, signing an agreement, or submitting payment, the Client agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
